Payment Method

For Harojan Pharmacy, the primary payment methods accepted are M-Pesa and Cash.

Below are the details for processing these payments:

1. M-Pesa (Mobile Money)

M-Pesa is the preferred digital payment method for both in-store and delivery orders. You can pay via Lipa Na M-Pesa:

  • Till Number: Use the official Till Number provided at the pharmacy counter or by the delivery agent.

  • Procedure:

    1. Go to your M-Pesa menu.

    2. Select Lipa Na M-Pesa.

    3. Choose Buy Goods and Services.

    4. Enter the Till Number.

    5. Enter the Amount.

    6. Enter your M-Pesa PIN and confirm.

  • Note: Always verify the recipient name displayed on your phone matches “Harojan Pharmacy” before completing the transaction.

2. Cash Payments

  • In-Store: Cash is accepted for all walk-in purchases.

  • Delivery: If you have arranged for local delivery, please confirm in advance if the rider can accept cash on delivery, as many services prefer M-Pesa for safety and record-keeping.
