* Prescription-Only Medicines (POM): A valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is mandatory.
Over-the-Counter (OTC): Medications like painkillers, antacids (e.g., Gaviscon), and vitamins can be purchased without a prescription.
Yes, you can send a clear photo of your prescription via our official WhatsApp line. However, you must present the original physical prescription upon collection or delivery to comply with Pharmacy and Poisons Board regulations.
We stock both. You can choose between original brands or high-quality, cost-effective generic alternatives. Our pharmacists are available to advise on bioequivalence.
Yes, we provide delivery services within Nairobi and its environs. Delivery fees may vary based on your distance from the nearest branch.
How long does delivery take? * Within Nairobi CBD: 1–2 hours.
Nairobi Suburbs: 3–5 hours.
Outside Nairobi: Same-day dispatch via courier services (arriving within 24–48 hours).
