For Harojan Pharmacy, the delivery policy is designed to ensure quick and reliable access to medications within Nairobi and its surrounding areas.
Delivery Timelines
Within Nairobi: Most orders are delivered within 12 hours. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically prioritized for same-day or early next-day delivery.
Outside Nairobi: Delivery can take between 24 to 48 hours depending on the specific location and the courier service used.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday are generally processed and dispatched on Monday.
Delivery Fees
Standard Rates: Fees vary based on the distance from the pharmacy. Within Nairobi, the average delivery charge typically ranges between KSh 200 and KSh 500.
Free Delivery: This may be available for bulk orders or high-value purchases (often exceeding KSh 10,000 to KSh 20,000), but it is best to confirm this at the time of order.
Prescription Requirements
Valid Prescription: For any prescription-only medications, a digital copy (scanned or a clear photo) must be shared via WhatsApp or email before the order is dispatched.
Original Copy: In some cases, you may be required to hand over the physical prescription to the delivery rider upon arrival.
How to Order
Direct Contact: Place your order via the pharmacy’s official WhatsApp or phone line.
Order Details: Provide your full name, clear location (including landmarks or a pinned location), and your contact number.
Confirmation: Once your order is packed, you will receive a total amount including the delivery fee for payment via M-Pesa.
Returns & Refunds
Items can typically be returned within 1 days if they are damaged or if the wrong product was delivered.
Note: Due to health regulations, medications that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned.
